RYDR is a cutting-edge technology platform designed to seamlessly connect drivers and riders through a user-friendly smartphone app.
In areas where RYDR operates, simply open the app to request a ride. Once a nearby driver accepts your request, you’ll receive an estimated time of arrival for the driver en route to your location. The app will also notify you when the driver is close to picking you up.
RYDR provides essential information about your driver, including their first name, vehicle type, and license plate number. This information facilitates a smooth meeting at your designated pickup spot.
Feel free to enter your desired destination at any point during your ride, and if you have a preferred route, you can discuss it with your driver.
Upon reaching your destination and exiting the vehicle, your trip concludes. The fare is automatically calculated and charged to the payment method linked to your RYDR account. In select countries, RYDR even offers the option to pay your fare in cash, provided you choose this option before requesting a ride.
After each trip, the app will prompt you to rate your driver on a scale of 1 to 5 Stars. Drivers also have the opportunity to rate riders. RYDR’s feedback system is designed to foster a community built on mutual respect and accountability for all users.
