Instant Pay Policy

This Instant Pay Policy (“Policy”) governs access to and use of the RYDR Instant Pay service (“Instant Pay”) offered by RYDR Global (“RYDR,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Instant Pay enables eligible Vendors and Couriers to receive earnings from completed orders in real-time instead of waiting for the standard weekly payout cycle.

By requesting or using Instant Pay, you agree to be bound by this Policy in addition to the RYDR Vendor Terms & Conditions and Driver & Delivery Partner Terms.

 

1. Eligibility

Instant Pay is available to:

  • Active Vendors with verified business details and at least one completed payout cycle; and

  • Active Couriers with valid identification, current insurance (if applicable), and no outstanding account holds or disputes.

Eligibility is determined solely by RYDR Global and may be suspended or revoked at any time based on account performance, fraud risk, or policy breaches.

 

2. Purpose

Instant Pay allows eligible Vendors and Couriers to receive earnings instantly after order completion, instead of waiting for the weekly remittance period.
Funds are transferred directly to the user’s verified bank account via real-time clearing supported by Scotiabank Barbados and the local banking network.

 

3. Available Balance

The amount available for Instant Pay reflects net cleared earnings from completed orders, after:

  • RYDR’s retail markup or commission (if applicable),

  • any outstanding refunds, disputes, or adjustments, and

  • prior Instant Pay withdrawals or deductions.

Pending or unverified transactions will not appear as available until cleared by RYDR’s internal processing system.

 

4. Settlement Timeframes

All Instant Pay transfers are processed through Scotiabank Barbados and participating banks that support real-time clearing.

  • Real-time Transfers (Primary Method):
    Payouts are typically received instantly, and most transactions appear in the Vendor’s or Courier’s account within minutes, regardless of the time of day.

  • Cross-Bank Transfers:
    Transfers between different local banks may take up to one hour, depending on interbank network load and recipient bank processing times.

  • ACH Fallback:
    In rare cases where real-time processing is unavailable (e.g., network maintenance or downtime), RYDR will automatically process payouts using ACH, which typically settles within 24 hours on business days.

If a payout is requested during national banking maintenance or after 10:00 PM, it may post the following morning due to bank system refresh cycles.

 

5. Fees

A 5 % processing fee (minimum $2.00 BBD) applies to each Instant Pay transaction and is automatically deducted prior to payout.
This fee covers real-time banking charges, administrative verification, and network transaction costs.

Example:
Available Balance: $200 BBD
Processing Fee (5%): $10 BBD
Net Payout: $190 BBD

All Instant Pay fees are non-refundable once a request is confirmed.

 

6. Request Process

To initiate an Instant Pay withdrawal, Vendors or Couriers must contact RYDR Support directly:

  1. Call RYDR Support during operating hours (7:00 AM – 11:00 PM).

  2. A representative will verify your identity and available balance.

  3. Once verified, your Instant Pay request will be submitted for immediate processing.

  4. You will receive confirmation by SMS or email once funds are successfully disbursed.

All Instant Pay transactions are recorded within the Vendor or Courier account for transparency and will appear in the next weekly financial summary.

 

7. Restrictions

Instant Pay is subject to the following limitations:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: $10 BBD

  • Maximum per-day withdrawal: $2,000 BBD

  • RYDR reserves the right to limit Instant Pay frequency or suspend access during investigations or system maintenance.

  • Accounts under audit, dispute, or deactivation are ineligible for Instant Pay until reinstated.

 

8. Taxes & Reporting

All Instant Pay disbursements are treated as standard earnings under Barbados law.
Vendors and Couriers are solely responsible for:

  • Reporting income for tax purposes;

  • Remitting applicable VAT, NIS, and other statutory contributions; and

  • Maintaining their own accounting records.

RYDR provides earnings summaries for reference through the Vendor Dashboard or upon request via support.

 

9. Liability & Errors

RYDR is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by external banking systems or inaccurate account details;

  • Errors resulting from incorrect withdrawal information provided by the Vendor or Courier; or

  • Any indirect or consequential loss resulting from Instant Pay use.

If an Instant Pay transfer fails, the funds will be returned to your RYDR account balance and reprocessed in the next available payout window.

 

10. Amendments

RYDR Global may modify this Instant Pay Policy at any time to reflect operational, banking, or legal changes.
All updates will be published on rydrglobal.com/instant-pay-policy and will take effect immediately upon posting.
Continued use of Instant Pay after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
