Refund Policy

This RYDR Connect Refund Policy (“Refund Policy”) governs all refund requests
related to RYDR Connect, a global eSIM data service operated by
RYDR Global (“RYDR Global,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing or using RYDR Connect services, you (“you,” “your,” or
“the user”) acknowledge and agree to the refund terms set forth below.
1. General Refund Eligibility
RYDR Connect data plans and top-ups may be eligible for a refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is submitted within thirty (30) days of purchase;
- The data plan has not been activated;
- The eSIM has not connected to any mobile network;
- The data plan has not expired.
Once a data plan is activated or used, it is considered consumed and becomes non-refundable.
2. Used or Activated Data Plans
- Any amount of data usage renders the plan non-refundable;
- Expired data plans are non-refundable;
- Partially used plans are not eligible for partial refunds.
For unlimited or daily plans, a day is considered used once the device connects to a supported
mobile network and the usage period begins.
3. Technical Malfunctions Exception
Refunds may be considered for confirmed technical malfunctions directly attributable to the
RYDR Connect service, provided that:
- The issue is reported within one (1) hour of initial activation;
- The issue prevents reasonable use of the purchased service;
- Supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages, or logs) is provided.
Issues caused by device incompatibility, locked devices, incorrect configuration, or local network
limitations do not qualify as technical malfunctions.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Used or activated data plans;
- Expired data plans;
- Installation, activation, or processing fees (if applicable);
- Errors resulting from incompatible or carrier-locked devices;
- User configuration or installation mistakes.
5. Refund Method
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout;
- Refunds cannot be redirected to alternative payment methods;
- RYDR Global does not process refunds through banks or payment providers directly.
6. Refund Review Timeline
All refund requests are reviewed within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
If approved, the refund will be processed shortly thereafter, subject to your payment provider’s
processing timelines.
7. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
RYDR Global reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of:
- Repeated refund abuse;
- Fraudulent claims or misrepresentation;
- Chargebacks initiated without valid grounds.
Accounts engaging in abusive behavior may be restricted or suspended.
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact RYDR Support with the following information:
- Order or transaction ID;
- Email address used for purchase;
- Reason for the refund request;
- Supporting documentation, if applicable.
9. Final Provisions
Purchasing RYDR Connect confirms that you understand the nature of prepaid digital eSIM services and
accept this Refund Policy in full. This Refund Policy forms an integral part of the RYDR Connect Terms of Service.
10. Policy Updates
RYDR Global may modify this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory
changes. Updated versions will be published on the RYDR website and take effect immediately upon posting.
Continued use of RYDR Connect constitutes acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
