Compatibility FAQ
Does my plan include calls/SMS?
Most travel eSIM plans are data-first. Use WhatsApp / FaceTime / Messenger for calls and messages.
Can I re-use the same QR code?
No — eSIM QR codes are typically single-use per device. If removed, you usually need a new one.
What if I bought on the same phone I’m activating on?
Use “scan from image” if your camera supports it, or open the QR from email on another screen (laptop/tablet),
or request manual activation details from support.
OS guidance: iOS 15.6+ and Android 9+ recommended.
