Reporting a Driver or Ride Issue

Overview #

If you experience any issues during your trip, report them directly through the app.

Steps #

  1. Go to Help → My Rides.
  2. Select the trip you want to report.
  3. Choose the issue (driver behavior, route, safety concern, etc.).
  4. Submit the report. Our team will follow up within 24 hours.

Tips #

  • Provide as much detail as possible.
  • Reports are confidential and reviewed by our safety team.
