If you accidentally leave something behind in a RYDR car or delivery, here’s how to try to get it back.
Steps #
- Open the RYDR app.
 - Go to My Rides / My Orders.
 - Select the trip or order where the item was lost.
 - Tap Report Lost Item.
 - Enter a description of the item and any other helpful details.
 
What Happens Next #
- Our team will contact the driver or partner.
 - If your item is found, we will help arrange its return.
 - If not recovered, we will notify you within 48 hours.
 
Tips #
- Provide detailed descriptions (color, brand, unique features).
 - Check your surroundings before leaving the car to prevent future losses.
