Merchants can dispute charges or incorrect fees.

How to Dispute #

  1. Open Merchant DashboardEarnings / Reports.
  2. Select the order in question.
  3. Tap Dispute and provide details and evidence.
  4. Submit for review.

Timeline #

  • Most disputes are resolved within 5–7 business days.
