In case of an accident or serious incident during a RYDR ride or delivery, follow these steps.
Immediate Steps #
- Ensure everyone’s safety first.
 - Call emergency services if necessary.
 - Use the in-app Panic Button to contact RYDR Safety Support.
 
Reporting to RYDR #
- Open the app → Help → Report Incident.
 - Provide trip details, description of the event, and photos if possible.
 - Our Safety Team will investigate and follow up.
 
Support Provided #
- Assistance in coordinating with authorities.
 - Insurance guidance if applicable.
 - Follow-up within 24 hours.
