Account Deletion / Deactivation

Overview #

You can permanently delete or temporarily deactivate your RYDR account at any time.

How to Delete Your Account #

  1. Open the app and go to Account Settings.
  2. Tap Delete Account.
  3. Confirm your request.

How to Deactivate #

  • Contact support and request temporary deactivation.
  • Account can be reactivated by logging in again.

Important Notes #

  • Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • All rides, orders, and data history will be removed.
  • Refunds or pending payments must be settled before deletion.
