This RYDR Connect Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of
RYDR Connect, a global eSIM data service operated by
RYDR Global (“RYDR Global,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing, activating, or using RYDR Connect services, you (“you,” “your,” or
“the user”) agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein.

1. Purpose

RYDR Connect provides users with prepaid, digital eSIM-based mobile data connectivity for use in supported
countries and regions.
RYDR Global operates solely as a technology and service facilitator and does not own or operate mobile networks.
Connectivity is delivered through third-party partner networks.

2. Service Scope

RYDR Connect provides:

• Mobile data access via eSIM technology;
• Prepaid data plans with defined data allowances and validity periods; and
• Digital activation without a physical SIM card.

RYDR Connect does not provide voice calls, SMS, MMS, emergency calling, or traditional carrier services.

3. Device & Compatibility Requirements

• Your device must support eSIM functionality;
• Your device must be carrier-unlocked;
• You are responsible for verifying compatibility prior to purchase.

RYDR Global is not responsible for service issues arising from incompatible, locked, or improperly configured devices.

4. Coverage & Performance

• Coverage varies by country, region, and local network availability;
• Network speeds (4G/5G/LTE) are not guaranteed;
• Performance may be affected by congestion, location, device, or regulatory restrictions.

RYDR Global does not guarantee uninterrupted service or minimum data speeds.

5. Activation & Data Usage

• Data plans activate once the eSIM connects to a supported mobile network;
• Data usage is deducted in real time;
• Unused data expires at the end of the plan’s validity period.

Once activated, data plans are considered used.

6. Payments & Pricing

• All RYDR Connect services are prepaid;
• Prices are displayed at checkout in the applicable currency;
• Payment must be completed before activation.

By completing a purchase, you authorize RYDR Global to charge the selected payment method.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use RYDR Connect in compliance with applicable laws;
• Follow installation and usage instructions;
• Refrain from abuse, fraud, resale, or unauthorized commercial use.

Misuse may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

RYDR Global reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to RYDR Connect if:

• Fraud or abuse is detected;
• Chargebacks are initiated without valid grounds;
• Legal or regulatory requirements mandate action.

9. Third-Party Networks

RYDR Connect relies on third-party mobile network operators.
RYDR Global is not liable for outages, throttling, coverage gaps, or failures attributable to such networks.

10. No Warranties

RYDR Connect services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
RYDR Global disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

• RYDR Global shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected RYDR Connect plan.

12. Force Majeure

RYDR Global shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including
natural disasters, network outages, regulatory actions, or global service disruptions.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RYDR Global and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses,
or expenses arising from your misuse of RYDR Connect or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Barbados, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Modifications

RYDR Global may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be published on the RYDR website and take effect immediately upon posting.
Continued use of RYDR Connect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms
