You can permanently delete or temporarily deactivate your RYDR account at any time.
How to Delete Your Account #
- Open the app and go to Account Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm your request.
How to Deactivate #
- Contact support and request temporary deactivation.
- Account can be reactivated by logging in again.
Important Notes #
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- All rides, orders, and data history will be removed.
- Refunds or pending payments must be settled before deletion.
