How do I book a RYDR ride?+

Open the RYDR app, enter your pickup and drop-off, choose a service type (Standard, XL, Premium or Pre-order), confirm your fare estimate and tap 'Request'. The closest verified driver is matched in seconds.

How do I request a refund for a trip?+

Open the RYDR app → Orders → tap the trip → 'Get help' → 'Refund'. Most refunds are reviewed within 24 hours. You can also open a ticket below with your trip ID.

I left something in a RYDR car. What now?+

Use the 'Lost item' option inside your trip details — it lets you call your driver while keeping your number private. If you can't reach them, open a ticket with your trip date and route.

Why was my fare higher than the estimate?+

Fares can change due to wait time, route changes, tolls, or surge pricing in busy hours. The breakdown is in your trip receipt — if anything looks off, open a ticket and we'll review.

How do I cancel a trip?+

Tap 'Cancel trip' before the driver arrives. Cancellations after the driver has been waiting may incur a small fee — this is shown clearly before you confirm.

Can I add multiple stops to one trip?+

Yes — tap '+ Add stop' on the route screen. You can add up to 3 stops, perfect for picking up a friend, dropping off groceries, or running errands in a single trip.

Can I schedule a ride in advance?+

Absolutely. Tap the clock icon next to 'Request' and choose your pickup time up to 7 days ahead. We'll match you with a driver 15 minutes before pickup and remind you when they're arriving.

How does the SOS / Emergency button work?+

While on a trip, tap the shield icon → 'Emergency'. RYDR shares your live location with our 24/7 safety team and, if you choose, dials your local emergency services. Trusted contacts you've added are alerted automatically.

Cancellation fee

A small fee charged if you cancel after a driver is already on the way, to compensate them for the trip out. Always shown before you confirm.

Digital wallet
