Lost and Found: What to Do if You Leave an Item

If you accidentally leave something behind in a RYDR car or delivery, here’s how to try to get it back.

Steps #

  1. Open the RYDR app.
  2. Go to My Rides / My Orders.
  3. Select the trip or order where the item was lost.
  4. Tap Report Lost Item.
  5. Enter a description of the item and any other helpful details.

What Happens Next #

  • Our team will contact the driver or partner.
  • If your item is found, we will help arrange its return.
  • If not recovered, we will notify you within 48 hours.

Tips #

  • Provide detailed descriptions (color, brand, unique features).
  • Check your surroundings before leaving the car to prevent future losses.
