RYDR provides refunds in certain cases such as overcharges, duplicate payments, or cancelled trips.
Automatic Refunds #
- Cancelled trips before driver acceptance.
 - Failed payments that were charged.
 
How to Request a Refund #
- Go to Help → My Rides.
 - Select the ride in question.
 - Tap Request Refund and choose a reason.
 - Submit and wait for a response (usually within 24 hours).
 
Timelines #
- Wallet refunds: immediate.
 - Card refunds: 3–7 business days.
