Refund Policy & How to Request a Refund

Overview #

RYDR provides refunds in certain cases such as overcharges, duplicate payments, or cancelled trips.

Automatic Refunds #

  • Cancelled trips before driver acceptance.
  • Failed payments that were charged.

How to Request a Refund #

  1. Go to Help → My Rides.
  2. Select the ride in question.
  3. Tap Request Refund and choose a reason.
  4. Submit and wait for a response (usually within 24 hours).

Timelines #

  • Wallet refunds: immediate.
  • Card refunds: 3–7 business days.
