In case of an accident or serious incident during a RYDR ride or delivery, follow these steps.

Immediate Steps #

  1. Ensure everyone’s safety first.
  2. Call emergency services if necessary.
  3. Use the in-app Panic Button to contact RYDR Safety Support.

Reporting to RYDR #

  1. Open the app → Help → Report Incident.
  2. Provide trip details, description of the event, and photos if possible.
  3. Our Safety Team will investigate and follow up.

Support Provided #

  • Assistance in coordinating with authorities.
  • Insurance guidance if applicable.
  • Follow-up within 24 hours.
