How do I get a refund for a trip or order?+

Open the RYDR app → Orders → tap the trip or order in question → 'Get help'. Most refund requests are reviewed within 24 hours. You can also email us with your order ID and we'll take care of it.

I left something in a RYDR car. What now?+

Use the 'Lost item' option inside your trip details to contact your driver directly through the app — your number stays private. If you can't reach the driver, email info@rydrglobal.com with your trip date, pickup and drop-off locations.

How do I become a RYDR driver?+

Head to our Drive page and submit a quick application — we'll verify your documents and get you onboarded. Most drivers are earning their first fare within 3–5 days.

How do I list my restaurant on RYDR Go?+

Email partners@rydrglobal.com with your restaurant name, location and a contact number. Our local team handles onboarding and you'll be live in under a week.

Which countries is RYDR live in?+

RYDR is live in Barbados and pre-launching in Saint Lucia and Guyana. We're rolling out across the Caribbean — see all 19 markets on the home page.

Is my payment information safe?+

Yes. All payments are processed by PowerTranz with end-to-end encryption — RYDR never stores your raw card details. We support Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
